Channel Managers, who work in the business on a day to day basis, are also your best port of call for any operational concerns – they are extremely competent and qualified to resolve issues within a short period of time.

Rx Channel Manager
Erika Kleynhaus has 12 years’ experience in independent pharmacy & 6 years in the Clicks channel. She has vast insight in the agency business as well as Multinational experience.
Erika maintains good relationships with buyers at various drug wholesalers at a National level.
She is passionate about growing businesses, assisting to drive growth through additional listings, regular reviews and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

Colette Lance
Dis-Chem Channel Manager
Colette Lance has 7 years’ experience in the Dis-Chem channel. She strives to grow the business within the channel and to generate more visibility on products meeting customer needs. Collette also assists with new listings for new and existing suppliers.
Her focus areas are delivering strong deals, negotiating for more space in store and ensuring sufficient stock levels. Colette continually strives to build better and stronger relationships within the Dis-Chem channel and is committed to delivering business success in 2017 and beyond.

Juan Maree
Clicks Channel Manager
Juan Maree has 6 years experience in Pharmacy and Retail working within the Clicks Channel specifically specializing in the systems and procedures in the business. Juan is strong on building relationships, at operational level in store, regional and divisional levels and at Head office with buyers and planners.
Juan’s main focus is to ensure stock availability, stock pressure, compliance and delivery of brand objectives and ultimately flawless execution at store level.

Byron van Rooyen
Shoprite and PNP Channel Manager
Byron has experience in FMCG, with Shoprite and PNP. Deeply passionate about retail and shopper marketing, Byron has the ability to deliver unique and strategically relevant solutions for brands in these stores.
Byron has good insight on in store operations, being exposed daily to retail challenges and EDI systems. Byron understands how to best deliver on customer expectations. He is a problem solver, a good negotiator and is well suited to maximize growth in PNP and Shoprite.
